Students range in age from 7 ~ 16 years of age.
Any parent / teacher communication which is necessary will be handled by
bilingual Korean manager. Korean manager and foreign teachers
work together to create a teaching environment based on cooperation and
understanding. In general, the classes consist of eight to ten students with
twelve being an absolute maximum.

As previously mentioned, we employ bilingual Korean
manager in addition to native speakers. There is a wide variance in the
qualifications, age, and experience of native teachers. Many have some
background in TEFL or primary education. However, having such
qualifications is not necessary. The most important thing is that you have an
open mind and you love children. Most native speakers, with the assistance
of other teachers on staff, develop an ability to teach English quite quickly.
To help get new teachers up to speed, all teachers are given a thorough
introduction to the materials and methodologies employed before they start teaching. |
