Employer will select and provide a furnished apartment for employee.
The apartment is usually shared with one or two other person.
each employee will have a private bedroom and will share a kitchen and bathroom.
Furnishings provided by employer for common use by employees include: a kitchen table
and chairs, a two-burner gas range, a refrigerator, a telephone, a television,
and a washing machine.
Teachers pay for services and utilities. Service fees and utility bills include heating, water,
guard service, telephone, cleaning, and electricity.
Teachers in shared apartments must split the cost of utilities which are usually
between 60,000 and 80,000won depending on how frugal you are.

Employee will be vered by medical benefits by Health insurance company.
The costs of this coverage will be borne half by employer and half by employee.
Payment will be made by monthly deduction from employee's salary, at present 1.5%,
and a like amount contributed by employer.
If you already have private health coverage which will cover you during
your stay in Korea, the deduction will not be taken.

You will get paid 2,000,000 ~ 2,100,000 Korean Won for 100 hours of the teaching requirement a month.

Teaching periods in excess of the minimum teaching requirement and approved by the employer are considered overtime.
Employee will be paid at the rate of 20,000 won for each 1 hour's overtime.

Upon completion of the FULL contract period, the employee will be given a bonus
amounting to 1 month's salary. If you do not fulfill your commitment,
you will not receive ANY bonus.

Employer will provide for employee an economy class ticket for passage to Korea from an international
airport which is mutually agreed to by employer and employee.
The return ticket will be provided upon completion of the stated contract period.
If you do not fulfill your commitment you will be responsible for all costs associated with your return home.

Employer is obligated to observe all national holidays - nine or ten per year depending on
which day it falls on. Additionally,
teachers are given holidays - approximately two weeks - in accordance
with those scheduled by our school. All holidays and vacation time are paid.
